We had an amazing time. The vacation overall was great. We were able to get a last minute reservation at the hotel for my brother on our last night. The staff were amazing but we had our favorites.. Alexandra Hostess was phenomenal, she was soooooooo amazing! Jornelys at the coffee shop top notch, Lucas and Dominga at the front desk the best. Nilda waiter at the buffet and Luis at the Brazilian restaurant we loved them. Nellys who books the dinner reservations and Melvin at the guest services. Orquídea at the beach bar was wonderful, they prepared the best drinks of the hotel at the beach bar. The only opinion for improvement is that there is a lack of staff in the restaurants for dinner but we understand that it was an opening and those who were there were very friendly and helpful.
There was a bartender really rude at the bar next to the theater, I don’t remember the name but I had a bad time with him and the bartenders at the main pool (El Cayo) were sooooooo bad, you ask for a drink and they prepare whatever they want like you don’t know what you asked.
The hotel is clean and well maintained it’s a new one! We highly recommend it.

Considering it was opening week of the resort, and some amenities were not available, we still had a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the entertainment crew. Mr. Alfredo Zapata and the rest of the crew were energetic, friendly and made the experience fun and enjoyable. The grounds and rooms were beautiful and well kept. There was always a staff member cleaning or maintaining the grounds and beach, The food and beverages were delicious, with many different choices to enjoy. The pools and waterslides were excellent as well. We would definitely go back to enjoy our next family vacation. We recommend this resort.

This place was amazing. It is a new resort therefore everything was spotless. We traveled in July and same as last year in Mexico lots of seaweed so we did not go to the beach. The pools we enough for us. Will definitely book again.
