Die Idee des Platzes hat grundsätzlich viel Potenzial. Die Lage mitten in der Natur und die Möglichkeit, in einem Zelt zu übernachten, können ein schönes und außergewöhnliches Erlebnis sein. Positiv war auch, dass auf meine Anfrage hin problemlos ein größeres Zelt zur Verfügung gestellt wurde, da das ursprünglich gebuchte Zelt für mich zu klein war.
Leider entsprach der Aufenthalt in mehreren Punkten nicht meinen Erwartungen bzw. der Beschreibung bei Booking.com. Bei der Buchung wurde mir angezeigt, dass nur noch ein Zelt verfügbar sei. Dadurch bin ich davon ausgegangen, dass der Platz entsprechend belegt bzw. belebt sein würde. Bei unserer Ankunft waren mein Sohn und ich jedoch die einzigen Gäste auf dem gesamten Gelände. Hätte ich vorher gewusst, dass wir dort praktisch alleine sein würden, hätte ich die Unterkunft nicht gebucht.
Da sich der Platz abgelegen in der Natur befindet, hat diese Situation bei mir insbesondere am Abend ein sehr unsicheres Gefühl ausgelöst. Zusätzlich befindet sich am Eingang ein großes Vorhängeschloss. Dadurch hatte ich Bedenken, im Notfall das Gelände nicht verlassen zu können, falls das Tor verschlossen wird. Aus diesem Grund habe ich dort letztlich keine Nacht mit meinem Sohn im Zelt verbracht.
Auch die Ausstattung entsprach teilweise nicht meinen Erwartungen. Das ursprünglich gebuchte Zelt war nicht ausreichend sauber und für mich zu klein. Die Toilette, die in der Beschreibung angegeben war, hatte keine normale Spülung. Stattdessen musste sie mit einem Wasserschlauch gereinigt werden. Grundsätzlich ist eine einfache Sanitärlösung für einen Campingplatz für mich kein Problem, allerdings hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass dies in der Beschreibung eindeutig angegeben wird.
Ich habe versucht, meine Bedenken direkt mit der Gastgeberin zu klären und auch eine Rückerstattung angesprochen. Leider konnte hier keine gemeinsame Lösung gefunden werden. Booking.com hat anschließend versucht, eine Stornierung bzw. Erstattung anzufragen, erhielt darauf nach meiner Kenntnis jedoch keine Rückmeldung.
