It started ads nightmare but ended really well. Once u get in the property it’s delightful.

We loved the calmness of the location.

We had hard time contacting the owner or the person responsible for handing the key. We were bit worried as we called more than 15 times n no response . Moreover we were travelling with our child and it almost dark. My was really worried.

nous ne laissons jamais de message négatif sur booking mais là nous ne pouvons accepter de ne pas prévenir les personnes qui regarderaient cette annonce. cet appartement ne correspondait en rien à ce qui était montré sur les photos ainsi qu'en attestent d'ailleurs les commentaires et les photos laissés par les vacanciers du mois d'août. Nous avons malheureusement fait les mêmes constats que ces vacanciers. nous avons immédiatement contacté le propriétaire et booking mais rien n'y a fait : notre réclamation n'a pas du tout été prise en compte. Nous avons dû prendre un autre logement pour la même période à nos frais. Bref, une situation purement et simplement inacceptable surtout de la part de booking qui à l'évidence ne fait aucune vérification des logements qu'elle propose en ligne !

Emplacement

Je laisse rarement un avis aussi sévère, mais après ce séjour et la manière dont ma réclamation a été traitée, je pense qu’il est important que les futurs voyageurs sachent précisément ce qui les attend. Nous avons payé 390 € pour deux nuits. À ce tarif, nous ne nous attendions évidemment pas au luxe, mais au minimum à un logement propre, entretenu et dans lequel tous les équipements puissent être utilisés normalement. Cela n’a malheureusement pas été le cas. Le plus grave concernait la salle de bain, dont l’état nous a conduits à ne tout simplement pas l’utiliser et à aller nous laver chez des proches. Sous le revêtement de la douche, les lattes étaient noircies et complètement trempées, alors même que nous n’avions pas utilisé la douche. Joints noircis, humidité et état général particulièrement inquiétant complétaient le tableau. Et malheureusement, la salle de bain était loin d’être le seul problème : toilettes sales, serviette humide qui a mouillé le lit, nourriture laissée dans le réfrigérateur, fils électriques apparents, prises sans cache, applique murale qui pend, façade du réfrigérateur tenant de façon précaire, débarras encombré, télévision sans télécommande et finitions bricolées ou très négligées. À mesure que nous découvrions le logement, la liste des problèmes s’allongeait. À près de 200 € la nuit, c’est tout simplement sidérant. Tout cela a été photographié et signalé. La propriétaire a eu connaissance de la situation et des photos, mais a refusé d’accorder le moindre remboursement, même partiel. Au-delà de l’état du logement, j’ai trouvé cette absence de remise en question particulièrement regrettable. J’ai ensuite saisi Booking.com, en leur transmettant également les éléments et les photos. La propriétaire refusant tout remboursement, Booking m’a finalement indiqué ne pas pouvoir aller plus loin et m’a accordé 35,17 € de dédommagement sur un séjour de 390 €.
