A very central location, not very busy or noisy at the same time. All amenities can be accessed on foot, and it is also next to a subway station for travelling further. Next to a tidy little public playground, near lots of open space and monuments. Large flat that can accommodate 6 people (although with a single bathroom). Rooms are large and the kitchen was adequately equipped. Host provided a good-sized travel cot and high chair. Host responded quickly (although responses were written with the help of an AI tool or agent, and the initial information was not always accurate).
Good value for money overall.
Cleanliness and flat preparation could have been better – the floors were dusty and the cot was not set up on arrival, as requested. There was washing hanging on the balcony, we were told 'for the next guests'.
Although the neighbourhood is generally quiet, noise insulation was bad. The balcony doors did not close well. There was also noise coming from the lift mechanism. The lift was on the small side, barely fitting a standard stroller and one squished adult.
The flat could have been better stocked, with more towels, dishcloths, paper towels, sponges, toilet paper, rubbish bags, etc.
The bathroom is a bit tight. Most of the furniture looks modern and good, but is a bit flimsy. Some facilities modernisation may be needed. The TV worked, but could not receive terrestrial channels, so the suggested option is for the guest to log in to their own Netflix account.
Communication was quick, but not great. On the day before checkout we were told that the checkout time would be 10 am, although our reservation said 11 am. Also, after we broke one small ornamental plant pot, we asked if we needed to do anything about that. We were initially told that it was fine and not to worry, then later asked to pay 15 EUR. When challenged about the seemingly high charge, we were told that they mistakenly quoted a price of two pots (they were a pair), and that we had to pay 7 EUR. That was still a lot in our opinion, as we found a similarly looking item online costing 1 EUR, but we were shown an online listing of a similar item at the quoted price, so we agreed to pay that.

Moderne eingerichtete Wohnung. Es hat sich angefüllt, als würde man zu Hause ankommen und ein zweites Zuhause in Griechenland gefunden zu haben!
Dass wir nicht noch länger geblieben sind ;)

Tesisin merkezi konumda olması Selanik’te gezmek için çok iyi oldu. Odalar temiz ve konforlu olması ayrıca rahat etmemizi sağladı. Mekanlara, sahile yürüme mesafesinde. Ev sahibi çok ilgiliydi tüm mesajlarımıza zamanında cevap yazdı. Park yeri 5 dakikalık mesafedeydi. Akşam 9 dan sabah 9 a ücretsiz olarak kalabiliyorsunuz. Tavsiye ederim
