À fuir très très loin sauf si vous aimez les rats et la saleté.
Grande piscine dommage pas nettoyé par un robot juste avec du chlore et epuisette donc de la terre au fond de la piscine. Plage autour de la piscine non terminée avec lattes en béton qui bougent donc dangeureuses.
Nous déconseillons fortement cette villa et invitons les voyageurs à ne pas s’y rendre.
Dès notre arrivée, nous avons découvert une maison très sale, laissée à l’abandon et ne correspondant absolument pas à l’annonce.
Les équipements de base annoncés n’étaient pas présents : pas de serviettes ni de linge de maison, pas de four, pas de machine à laver, pas d’étendoir et aucun véritable équipement de cuisine : pas de casseroles, poêles, couteaux, saladiers, etc., alors que la cuisine était annoncée comme équipée. Même le micro-ondes était extrêmement sale.
L’annonce indiquait également deux salles de bain, alors qu’en réalité il n’y a qu’une seule salle de douche dans un état extrêmement dégradé, ainsi qu’un WC turc et un WC classique.
Concernant les chambres, avant notre arrivée, le propriétaire nous avait confirmé qu’il y avait deux chambres. Les deux étaient ouvertes et à notre disposition à notre arrivée. Après que nous avons signalé tous les problèmes du logement, il a soudainement affirmé que la deuxième chambre constituait en réalité un « supplément » qu’il nous aurait gracieusement accordé, en prétendant que l’annonce ne comportait qu’une chambre. Cette présentation des faits ne correspond pas à ce qui nous avait été annoncé avant notre arrivée.
Le problème le plus grave reste la présence de rats et de déjections : excréments sous l’évier et dans les placards des chambres, et nous avons vu et filmé un rat vivant sous l’évier. Malgré le nettoyage effectué ensuite par trois personnes, nous avons découvert trois petits rats vivants nageant dans la piscine le matin de notre départ.
La maison comportait également de nombreux éléments extrêmement dangereux pour des enfants : carreaux cassés et coupants, gravats, briques, tuyaux et matériaux de chantier laissés autour du jardin. Avec des enfants, il est impossible de les laisser circuler librement sans surveillance permanente.
La climatisation annoncée n’était pas présente dans toute la maison.
