We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If possible book a bungalow. It was spotless, roomy, great bathroom and simple little extras we usually don't find like towel rails and hand towels. 😉 THE absolutely stunning part is the astounding view from the spacious balcony!! The staff couldn't do enough for us. A special shout out to Tee at the front desk who booked trains and gave great advice. Breakfast was lovely and varied each morning, thankyou Tuan. The pool area is fabulous and supplied pool towels. We would definitely stay again without hesitation...we stayed in early October.

Location was not right in town, but had a good view of the valley and surrounding mountains. It also was close enough that you could walk if you wanted, but the last part is quite dark at night (about 20 minute walk from night market). Pool was good for kids, great recommendations and ease of booking local tours such as hot air balloon ride, buggy rental, and kayaking where you could pay for it all at once at the end.
Breakfast and restaurant was just ok. Understanding we were in a tropical area and bugs are too be expected, I felt there were a bit more, especially in common areas. I will note that after reporting to management a large amount of ants in the corner outside our room, management did take care of it quickly. The rooms were mostly free of bugs, but I just never felt quite comfortable that there weren't going to be any in my bed or in the shower. Oh, I also was confused when we showed up and the naming was all Paradise Mountain View Resort.
