Capsule room area and bathroom were always kept clean which was well appreciated. The capsule room itself was very cozy and comfortable. Had a nice sleep throughout and other guests were mindful not making much noise.
No major complaints. Only comment I have is that the towel return basket in bathroom would overflow often.

Pods are spacious and comfy. Plenty of storage.
Lack of ventilation inside pod. Was fine with the door open.
