The property was not worth the money! Reconsider staying here if you are on a business trip.
The property was clean enough (although there was no housekeeping during my entire stay), and it is close to Sydney CBD. The outside view from the property was pretty nice.
It was a pretty spooky and dodgy place! Navigating to the actual property was nightmarish! I had to walk around the surroundings of the actual building with all my luggage for quite some time to find the location. This property was not part of the actual hotel building it is in, rather, it is separately managed by the owner/agent (I didn't realize who it actually was even after 11 days of stay). Hence, the hotel reception would provide no information at all. Collecting the key was another nightmare! It was kept in a locker inside a room, and finding it felt like I was solving a puzzle. After a 15-hour overseas flight and actual location searching, I found no fun in solving that puzzle. The worst part happened after I requested an invoice. I was kept waiting for about a week after my initial request, and when I contacted them back, I was told the invoice was already sent. I could not find it in my inbox or spam, but the host was pretty rude to emphasize that he had sent it. I then provided another email so that he/she could send it again, and an email was then forwarded without the actual invoice attachment. I requested several times that he/she send the attachment again, and this time my messages and email were completely ignored. I eventually could not get an invoice from the property. This was pretty disappointing, as all their messages were reflective of sheer annoyance, which should not be the case when they are managing such a highly expensive property. There must be some dodgy reason why they are bypassing the request to provide a tax invoice.
