The arrival information from the management company was first rate and very informative. Communication was excellent and responsive. The apartment was recently renovated, and was clean and well equipped throughout.
The stairs up to the apartment, although the listing on booking.com does say "accessed by stairs" it doesn't warn you that it is third floor and up 29 steps, we are both seniors are and not as nimble as we once were, the stairs were a struggle for us and had we known about how many stairs there are beforehand, we would not have booked the apartment.
The apartment is well equipped and furnished, however the sofa (too low) nor the balcony chairs (not enough cushions) are made for comfort.
At times it was too hot to sit on the balcony, which is a sun trap and would definitely benefit from some sort of sun shade.
