Clean and comfortable
Free pick up from airport and v reasonable return charge (£3)
Very good breakfast
Lovely roof terrace
Not the hotel’s fault but woken up at midnight by barking dogs and again at dawn by crowing roosters . They do provide earplugs which you will need.

The hotel is located very near to Hanoi airport. It is a medium size hotel. Looking new. The lobby is spacious with seating area and a restaurant. The rooms are on six floors. The seventh floor has the pool and jacuzzi. There are two lifts. The air-conditioned rooms look new and well-designed. It is spacious with a comfortable king-sized bed with two bedside tables, a long table with one drawer, a TV, a minibar and an open wardrobe. The bathroom size is good with partitioned shower area, water pressure is good. There is a good supply of toiletries and towels. There are bottled water and tea making facility. The lighting in the room is very good. The WIFI is good. The pool and jacuzzi are small and both have water jets. I didn’t try the buffet breakfast as I was leaving early but the hotel offered a packed breakfast. The TV programs are good with many movie and news channels. There is a massage parlor, minimart and a couple of small restaurants nearby. The hotel offers a free one-way shuttle service to the airport free of charge. The hotel is highly recommended for short stays near the airport and it is well worth the price.
Nothing. All is good

Praktisch want vlak bij de luchthaven. Mooi hotel. Goede bedden.
Heel veel lawaai van de straat. Maar hotel biedt wel in elke kamer oorstoppen aan.
