Location is excellent in that it is slightly away from the main centre of the shopping and restaurant belt but certainly within walking distance. Check in was easy and everything that we needed was already in the room except that we needed extra pillows. Our request was quickly met. We did have a problem with a choked WC on the second day but through their whatsapp service line, they were very quick to respond with a repair man to come and fix the problem. The repairman even refused a tip. A separate problem we encountered was when we realised that we had not registered our car properly and was charged KRW 30k on departing the car park the first time. When we reached out to the service rep on Booking.com, the response was instant and not only was our car registered by the rep but we also received a full refund soon after.
It would have been nice to have a sink and mini kitchenette in the living room. It is not easy to register the car for parking in the facilities because the middle korean character needs to be inputted as well. Suggest that only the numbers of the license plate is required for the registration as non-Korean speaking guests will not be able to register the vehicle based on the current system.

Close to airport. Ease to locate and manage car booking. The beautiful kids room on the 5th floor. Superb and my child favourite.
The surroundings is not that family friendly.

住宿的位置在市區，非常便利！
無論是抵達超商、超市，
甚至是逛街的商圈。
有附設停車場🅿️，
在抵達前可以先提供租車的車牌，
會讓行程更順暢。
一切都很美好，
但小可惜的地方是，
小廚房好像沒那麼方便，
若是再有個洗手台，
會更完善！
