We had a very nice time

The people were very friendly staff and guests, the cabin was very cozy and clean. And the guard cats were wonderful. Would definitely stay there again. We had accidentally booked a cabin with no air conditioning and the staff informed us of this when we arrived and moved us to a cabin with air conditioning free of charge.

Nothing.

Don’t stay here. It’s a scam. Unattended and sick/infected stray cats everywhere.

It was close to the Crater of Diamonds.

Here’s the deal… We got in at 11:40 last night and nobody ever came to let us in the property. We waited and almost left when someone answered after 1am and finally gave us a code to get our key. It ruined our trip. We got no sleep because on top of the lack of response for nearly two hours, the mini fridge or something cuts on and off very loudly all night. We couldn’t sleep in either because the curtain is too short and the sun comes straight in. Also, the amount of stray/rescue cats is insane. We were not informed of cats being everywhere until we got here and I’m allergic. The cats aren’t even cared for and all have gunked up eyes that are infected. My electric car almost didn’t make it to the charging station today because of the wasted battery energy we spent last night waiting on a response from someone. We weren’t even the only group here waiting for hours. There were two other groups that were just left hanging. I’d love to change my departure date to tomorrow, but they refused to accommodate that request. I also hate that I paid for an entire night last night after dealing with that whole situation. When Devon finally answered, he acted surprised that nobody was on site. He’s supposedly the CEO, manager and owner…nothing should be a surprise to him. P.S. The cabin is also filthy and there’s no functional fire pit to be found. The sink didn’t drain, they attempted to seal parts of the bathroom with tape and painted over it. There are holes everywhere in the bathroom walls. Ants throughout as well.
