This apartment has been well renovated, it is modern and very comfortable. The location is wonderful too. It has a gorgeous view of the ocean from the balcony & two front bedrooms. The unit is centrally located, close to shops and restaurants, as well as easy access to the highway. It has a large smart TV with all the relevant apps (use your own logins for some) and fast WiFi. The unit also has an inverter for if/when there are power cuts (this was very helpful for one day when it was storming and the town lost power). We also appreciated the outdoor seating, nice for morning coffee, as well as the gas braai/BBQ facility. This complex has 24hr security which is a plus - feels very secure.
We particularly loved:
Washing machine and dishwasher
Premium glassware
Great bedding and towels
Comfortable sofas
The two front bedrooms aren't well insulated from the road noise below the complex. This may not bother some, but it was an issue for us as we live in a quieter environment and aren't used to this disturbance.
