No es un hotel, es un mini apartamento tipo airbnb, muy equipado, en un barrio residencial muy tranquilo y muy bien comunicado para ir a visitar el centro en metro. Hay seven eleven y restaurantes cerca abiertos hasta muy tarde. Aunque pequeñito es muy acogedor.

The unit is new, therefore it’s modern and clean.
There’s a corner store and grocery store within a 5 minute walk.
The small kitchen area has a gas stove, microwave, fridge, and flatware for two. Also has a pot and pan that came in use for cooking breakfast.
The trains are either a 6 minute or 13 minute walk. I used the train everyday without any issues.
Within walking distance are shops, restaurants, Thai massage (Sabaan salon) and 7-11 (ATM) for currency withdrawals if needed.
It’s a wonderful neighborhood to stay in!
Due to the size and configuration of the unit you’re unable to open your suitcase. I traveled with only a carry-on, there’s no floor space nor a suitcase rack. Maybe consider removing the table and installing a drop down wall unit instead. Or simply adding some suitcase racks.
Be mindful that the units are accessible via stairs (2 or 3 flights), no elevator for use if traveling with heavy, large, multiple suitcases.
Having a washer in the unit was great, but having to hang your clothes to dry was a little tedious. Surprised the wash/dry appliance wasn’t installed.

The apartment is new. It has what’s needed for a short or long stay. The kitchen has a pan and pot, flatware, cups, plates, bowl - 2 of each. There’s a washer and although a dryer isn’t in the unit, the Japanese are cleaver in how they designed the shower/tub area, it also a drying room which is 100% efficient and throughly dries the clothes. The unit is a 5 minute walk to one of two train stations, the other station is 13 minutes. It’s also 5 minutes from a grocery store that is fully stocked with anything you need. The corner store is about a 3 minute walk. All your restaurants, mini marts, spas… all within a short walking distance. Instructions on how to use all the appliances are written out and easy to fall. The place truly is a gem.
The room configuration didn’t leave room for the suitcase to be opened, I was able to configure it… I didn’t realize there was no elevator so lugging suitcases up two-three flights of stairs wasn’t favorable but doable.
