Horrible stay, booking .com wasnt helpful also

Nothing ! It is a scam, I booked a small apartment to get later a room in a street hallway. Read the review below!

- i booked an apartment , but I got a small room that doesnt apply to description, we checked in very late at night, I tried to get the apartment but the owner refused and she proposed to pay me my money back and look for another place to stay! Imagine you should search for another hotel at 10 pm, the owner didnt bother to show her face, she was really rude how can you directly propose your clients to leave! I contacted booking.com by email they replied later that they are trying to find solution, till now the moment am writing this review 15 days later they still didnt follow up, bad service from booking! This horrible room is located in an open street hallway, a cheap Motels in a poor State in USA has more privacy, you see in photos all details! shops infront of our room ( like cat shop) where the window is, young people were playing in hallway and screaming at night we couldn’t sleep. It is a public passage not the property propriety so imagine the chaos and non privacy where you cant even open your window to get normal air from that hallway . - another part is the humidity odor in this room is horrible! You will not be able to sleep, you will have the odor on your hair, clothes and everything . The fresh air and sun cant get in this horrible room located in this hallway, witha thin wood wall, so it is normal to have humidity especially that their showers swamp the bathroom no mop nothing to clean. - for the parking it is not a parking! it is a road that people park and put many car behind so when you need to get out you should call the half of neighborhood residents

Easy spot to stay in the centre of town. Bit noisy and hard to find but lovely host that gave clearer instructions.

Exellent ✨✨✨

Enorm goede ligging. Host was heel behulpzaam.
