Un logement dans un état désastreux, même si idéalement situé dans le vieux Gênes.

Le logement est bien situé, dans le vieux quartier. Il est facilement accessible et se trouve à courte distance de marche de nombreux centres d'intérêts (églises, restaurants, commerces, épiceries, musées, places, métro, etc.). C'est un appartement spacieux, qui peut convenir à de grands groupes (6-8 personnes facilement).

L'appartement est dans un état de délabrement avancé. A l'exception des lits, des matelas et d'une partie des meubles de cuisine qui semblent assez récents et en relativement bon état, le reste tombe en ruine. Il n'y a quasiment pas un seul élément du logement qui soit en bon état et/ou propre: cuvette de toilette qui ne tient plus, couvercle de lave-linge qui se décroche, lampe de salle de bain qui pend par le câble au dessus du miroir, poêles au revêtement arraché, coussins plein de tâches suspectes, vaisselle sale (par exemple, les cafetières encore pleine de café utilisé et rangées telles quelles dans le meuble), stores vénitiens détruits ou inexistants (3 chambres sur 4 ne peuvent pas être assombries la nuit à cause de cela), chaises dont le dossier tombe, boutons de robinet de douche qui ne tiennent plus, etc.. A notre arrivée, nous avons passé deux heures à nettoyer l'appartement, le sols (un état de crasse inouïe), la salle de bain, la cuisine, les chambres, uniquement pour pouvoir y vivre sans salir nos affaires. Le lieu ne semblait pas avoir été nettoyé depuis des mois et des mois (des années peut-être). Je n'ai jamais vu cela de toutes les locations que j'ai pu faire jusqu'à maintenant. A cela s'ajoute une communication médiocre avec le propriétaire lorsque l'on fait part des différents problèmes. Enfin, en arrivant nous avons découvert que nous n'avions à disposition qu'un seul drap très fin par lit (donc 1 pour notre enfant et 1 pour ma femme et moi) et rien d'autre. Nous avons immédiatement demandé s'il était possible d'avoir au moins une ou deux couvertures d'appoint, mais il nous a fallu 2 jours avant de finalement en recevoir (déposé dans le logement en notre absence).

L'appartamento conserva strutture antiche e semi moderne e proprio sulle semi moderne consiglierei una ristrutturazione o quantomeno di aggiustare l'aggiustabile (tipo rubinetti doccia) per il resto, anche se spartano, va bene. Un po' di pulizia in più non fa male🤣

Se i bambini sono i benvenuti consiglio un cancelletto alle scale e meno cose che non servono in giro (tipo mobili instabili e pezzi di top appoggiati al muro).

L'appartamento conserva strutture antiche e semi moderne e proprio sulle semi moderne consiglierei una ristrutturazione o quantomeno di aggiustare l'aggiustabile (tipo rubinetti doccia) per il resto, anche se spartano, va bene. Un po' di pulizia in più non fa male🤣

Se i bambini sono i benvenuti consiglio un cancelletto alle scale e meno cose che non servono in giro (tipo mobili instabili e pezzi di top appoggiati al muro).
