We liked how accomodating the owner of the unit (Sir Kurt) and also the staff at lobby of tower C&D. The unit is clean and maintained.
Not really that we didn't like but more of a recommendation to further improve the unit's design/ambiance, and maybe add a coffee table set at the balcony (if the establishment permits).

Location is good. Owner was responsive.
Unit 1431 in Tower D is an old and poorly maintained unit.
The mattress had plastic underneath the covers, which made it very uncomfortable and caused our backs to get sweaty even with the AC working properly. The cabinets and couch were worn out, and the fixed dining table was too high and positioned way too close to the TV.
The kitchen appliances were working fine, but the water heater had water sitting in it, and we had no idea how long it had been there.
The bathroom was the worst. It smelled really bad, and we had to ask the owner to replace the shower curtain just to help with the smell. They did replace it, which we appreciated, but there was still a strong musty odor. There was black mold on the shelves, leftover soap and shampoo sachets in the shower area, and the bathroom rugs looked dirty and like they hadn’t been washed or replaced in a while.
Honestly, we almost didn’t want to use the bathroom. We were only staying for one night, but even for a short stay, the condition of the bathroom was unacceptable.
