Hands in toilet water for two days.
Location is great! Nice to have a pool.
The toilet leaked and ran constantly. Then on the first day would not flush, so I had to hand flush 4 people’s use for a day by opening the back and lifting the dirty chain. So gross! The maintenance came to fix the next day and it still leaked all night again! I requested a small refund to cover the harsh experience. I have not heard back yet!

No management. Blood on comforter, dirty. Had to call police. You're on your own
TDLR No staff here most of the time. YOU are the front desk after hours. No safety measures in place, they don't check IDs therefore have no idea who or how many people are staying in these rooms. You will be advised to call the police yourself and have to deal with the consequences from the other guests. Blood on the down comforter, dirty toilet, shower wasn't clean, dingy torn up curtains, outdoor chairs were wet and full of sand from guests before, dirty fan provided in leu of AC, hot tub broken, had to buy a broom to clean up sand at this BEACHFRONT hotel. Week long stay and had no way to dispose of trash, only 2 rolls of toilet paper provided no matter how long your stay is.
I grew up going to Ocean Shores during the summer and I pass this tradition on with my children. We stayed at the Polynesian for a week and I'm sorry to say it was NOT a good experience. It is incredibly irresponsible for the Polynesian to expect guests to manage other guests. Our second night the guests directly above us arrived. For hours we listened to slamming, banging, kids running wall to wall, and screaming expletives "Get the **** away from me" " get the **** out of my face", this was the soundtrack of our night at the Polynesian. By 01:30 am none of the noise showed any signs of stopping and our walls were shaking. We called 2 different numbers and got ahold of someone who said she'd call them but advised we call the police if it continued as she was hours away. Not wanting to have to deal with the police on our vacation, we dealt with it. I had 2 cranky and tired children for the entire next day. The people upstairs knew we had called management and kept yelling things like "you better be quiet or the people downstairs are going to call on us again", along with dirty looks in the hallways and parking lot. The next night at 2 am we were all awoken with screaming and what sounded like things being thrown.
