Clean apartment 10 min walk to the waterfront. Good comms with the host.
The stairs inside the apartment are slippery and steep. Bedrooms are upstairs and the only bathroom is downstairs. It's very possible for an older person to fall while trying to go to the bathroom at night.
No elevator in the building, and the apartment is on the top floor. We did not mind, but guests should be aware.

Everything. We felt comfortable, clean appartment, nice surrounding, close to the beach.
Nothing to add.
