Uncomfortable, damp, poorly ventilated, with harsh lighting, damaged mosquito nets, and no compensation offered.

The location is excellent, the apartment was mostly clean.

Unfortunately, our stay was affected by several issues that made the accommodation quite uncomfortable. One of the beds was extremely uncomfortable and squeaked loudly every time I turned during the night, making it difficult to sleep. There was also a persistent mouldy and damp smell throughout our entire stay, and no dehumidifier was provided. As this was a ground-floor apartment, proper humidity control would have been particularly important. One of us has asthma and was coughing frequently during the stay, which we believe was aggravated by the dampness and poor air quality in the apartment. The apartment also has very limited natural light, with essentially no proper windows in the room. The artificial lighting made the space feel even more unpleasant, as the lights were extremely bright, cold-white LEDs. The ceiling had harsh, clinical-looking LED fixtures rather than proper ambient lighting, which made the room feel more like a hospital or office than a comfortable place to stay. There were also large holes in the mosquito nets, through which insects could easily enter. In fact, a cockroach managed to get into the apartment through one of the holes. The host was friendly and told us that they were not aware of these issues. However, given the extent of the problems, it is difficult to understand how some of them could have gone unnoticed. Unfortunately, despite these inconveniences, we were not offered any refund or financial compensation. Overall, while the host was pleasant, the condition and atmosphere of the accommodation significantly affected our stay. We expected these issues to be addressed, especially considering the dampness, lack of ventilation/natural light, and damaged mosquito nets, or at least some form of compensation to be offered.

Rewelacyjni właściciele, bardzo sympatyczni i pomocni. Mogliśmy się zameldować przed czasem, lokalizacja świetna, tuż obok przystanków z których dojedzie się wszędzie, apartament czysty, bardzo przestronny, lepiej wygląda na żywo niż na zdjęciach. Wszystko było sprawne jak należy, WiFi działające bez zarzutów, mimo imprezowej okolicy nie było słychać praktycznie nic poza pracującym klimatyzatorem. Mieszkanie jest w pełni wyposażone, nie brakuje niczego. Idealne dla 4 osób. Z pewnością będę polecał ten obiekt i z chęcią bym do niego wrócił ♥️
