All around lovely location. nice area, good facilities. parking outside church was a nice bonus. good view from window. aircon very nice. 5 min walk from church carpark which is a steep walk

We always wondered how it is to live in one of these old villages built on the hillside with magnificent views but no roads to drive in. The property is located in one of these old historical houses which can only be reached on foot through some stone-plastered lanes. It is comfortably equipped and provides all modern comfort. The "green way", a hiking trail along the Como lake, passes by so it is an ideal starting point for hikes. The host Riccardo is very helpful.
We had to park the car around 800 m away on the "green way" because there is no chance to park the car closer to the property. Make sure to travel light when staying at this property. The ristorante around the corner is a disgrace for Italian cuisine and outragously expensive. The only warm food is a "Pizza" on a Foccacia base which is put with toppings in a strong microwave located on the counter.

The location , despite far from the town but it was so calm and serene in the historic centre, we needed water and the market was closed, the owner told me the was a fountain facing the house , which is drinkable water, and that was a great discovery
I liked everything it’s a charming location, the house is superb cute and the owner very responsive, the bus stop is 2 mn away but it’s never on time , and it wasn’t a problem for us
