Good place to stay if you’re visiting kids or friends living at this student residence. Otherwise it is quite far from central Paris. The room was very new, clean and spacious, with a small kitchenette. We also liked the small, but practical bathroom.
There was definitely something off with plumbing. Sometimes the sink started making a loud gurgling sound. It lasted for minutes. The room was on the ground floor, looking on to the trash bins which were overflowing with their contents.

Todas instalaciones eran perfectas. Seguro que iré en el futuro.
Todo perfecto
