Overall it was a pleasant stay

The property was cleaned and comfortable. And it was equipped with appliances for meeting my needs. Which was in good working condition

I could not figure out the heating. As there was no thermostat visible. I was concern about how the apartment will be kept warm when the weather is cold. And I did not see an intercom system to open the door when the bell is pressed.

Le potentiel est là, attention aux détails !

Appartement proche du centre et bien desservi.Arrêt de bus et station de train à proximité. Plusieurs commerces et restaurants aux alentours ce qui rend la rue vivante et dynamique. L'appartement est spacieux, bien agencé, assez bien équipé et climatisé Literie confortable. La rue n'est pas très bruyante, malgré la circulation et les nombreux commerces.

L'appartement a beaucoup de potentiel mais la négligence des détails sur l'hygiène et l'entretien laisse à désirer. En premier lieu, il y'a les nombreuses poubelles, désordonné à l'entrée . Ensuite concernant l'appartement je précise que Je ne suis pas une personne maniaque,mais le ménage et l'entretien du mobilier ne semble pas suffisant. Plusieurs tâches et cheveux retrouvés sur les draps. Ainsi que des tâches d'humidités et des miettes dans les différents placards de la cuisine ainsi que des enveloppes de lettre entre les casseroles. Très peu de casseroles et pas propre du tout. De la poussière au dessus du frigo. La pièce la plus convenable en terme de propreté c'était la chambre. La salle de bain avait l'air d'être refaite récemment donc plus au moins propres mais avait quelques traces ici et là. La cuisine c'était la pièce qui paraissait le moins propre. Petits détails bon à savoir pour éviter les surprises : Le sol est assez bruyant quand on marche, et il y'a des escaliers dans l'appartement. L'hôte par message booking, ne me paraissait pas très chaleureux. Pas de formule de politesse, juste des informations et des directives à la volé. Aucune question durant mon séjour pour savoir si tout se passe bien ou si j'ai un quelconque besoin. Parcontre J'ai demandé, une fois de l'aide sur le numéro whatsapp et on m'a aidé directement. Sur ça je suis honnête et transparente.
