The apartment is located in an old building (which I particularly liked). It had everything you might need.
It is about 200 meters away from the nearest metro station. The neighborhood has shops for daily needs (a pizzeria, a doner shop, a good restaurant, and a small mini-market).
Although the apartment had soundproofing (double-glazed windows), there was unfortunately incredible noise from the street.
Check-in was a real hassle; the keys hadn't been left in the lockbox as promised, so we had to wait at least 20 minutes in the rain for someone to arrive. When the person finally showed up, they tossed the keys at us (yes, actually tossed them), spoke no English (though they understood Italian), offered no apology for the inconvenience, and were incredibly rude.
