Great value and seemingly new hotel.
I’m picky on cleanliness—overall very clean, but there were noticeable things, like the bathroom door could use a good cleaning.

Wonderful room with a comfortable bed, soft sheets and pillows so nice I used theirs instead of mine. Fluffy towels in bath.
Breakfast was also wonderful with an option to make fresh pancakes with an automatic pancake maker.
The indoor pool wasn't warm enough.

Location was great
Furniture in room seemed cheap. No ice bucket or cups. Could hear people in adjoining rooms talking, could hear people walking in room upstairs, and could hear every door close on our floor. Could not get room temp to cool.
