We loved our stay at vila verde. It was large enough for our family, and had all the facilities we needed to get through our 8 day stay. We loved being in Cabo Verde and that we were away from the main strip but could still get there if we needed to. Vila Verde Lantana has no pool directly outside of it (still under construction), but the pool is available to Tourists at the clubhouse. Bikini beach is not far at all, if your like us and do not mind a walk, we were happy to walk there with our children, a really lovely quiet beach. The main strip of Santa Maria is also not far a taxi ride away, where you also have another lovely beach. We did not mind getting taxis to and from as we found that everything was reasonably priced. The apartment is equipped with everything you need if you wanted to cook in the apartment and there is a supermarket around the corner which was very helpful. We would happily stay here again.
A few issues with a few things not working, but we reported these and some maintenance people did come. They tried their best to fix the issues.
