I hated jerusalem because of this place

Absolutely nothing

Everything is dirty and they gave my room a couple of times to other clients by mistake And I ciuld hear everyone around me from inside the room The place is scary at night Some guys stopped me next to the building they wanted to steal from me This was a mistake i would never make again Tower 16 is as bad as sleeping in the middle of the street

Do not book here!! A Refund should be issued.

The view was spectacular. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was mostly clean. The host accommodated an earlier check-in..

Check in process not given in advance and there is no reception. Had to figure out how to contact the host via WhatsApp. No instructions to get up to unit or how to get into the lock box for the room key. There was no way to cook a light meal even though it has an advertised kitchenette. The microwave didn't work and no hot element only a dirty plata for keeping food warm and a kettle. We were on the 16th floor and were initially told to walk up 5 flights of stairs to the 21 St floor to get a preprogrammed elevator. Did that once and figured out differently. Checking in we happened to catch the hostess cleaning next door and had to ask for cups, plates and more toilet paper even though the room was "prepared and ready" The walls are paper thin, no really!! There is what seems to be only 2 pieces of flimsy panelling between units. One of the The windows opened approximately 20-30 cm from noisy neighbors and they yelled out of it over and over There were several different groups of young men and women next door who constantly yelled, laughed and made animal noises until late and then again the next day and no one to complain to because no reception and no instructions on what to do in the event of a problem. Yes there was a security guard on the main floor of the building but he was there only for general security of the building ,not to deal with details of the apartment and had limited English. We had to try to sleep with loud white noise , the AC set at high speed and head phones. The hostess was nice but unavailable due to a religious holiday so we had to tough it out. I would appreciate a refund or at least some financial compensation for a very unpleasant 2 night stay. Never again.

First stay

A/C worked good in the 34°c weather.

My apartment tv sound wasn't as usual.

For the money it’s absolutely fine if they change the pillows and duvet:

Location and view plus price

Pillows need replacing, not a good night sleep. Duvet needs replacing as well. Would be nice to have water and milk in room. Heard people next door at 11.30pm and had out in ear plugs.

The place is great near the center of Jerusalem and near the beautiful neighborhood Nachalot Mahane Yehuda and close to the old City. Rachel is very available and lovely guest. The apartment is nice, confortable and clean. I recommend it and will come back.
