Property was lovely xx quirky x rooms adequate size nothing too exciting and clean
Bar attached was beautiful and the cocktails amazing best I’ve ever had x
Queens Breakfast wasn’t great buffet wasn’t well stocked and service was very slow with only one server x

The neighbourhood during the day was great and the train and bus are really close, there are lots of restaurants on the main road too. The food at The Practioner was 5 star overall.
The restaurant didn’t have bacon for breakfast and we were told after they brought our food to the table.
The supper menu was also missing a few items and we were charged extra £30 for the 3 steaks ordered for mains but we were not told about this as the menu just states 3 course meal special at £29 not noting that the steak would cost extra.

Spacious room with great amenities. The staff was helpful and always quick to respond. It was well worth the price. We especially appreciated the 11 AM check-out time, which gave us plenty of time to wake up and pack without feeling rushed.
Some issues with heating and hot water. Then the staff changed the room, but the other room didn't have a Jacuzzi, which we wanted to relax in after a long, tiring, and exhausting day.

Lovely staff, great location, spacious bedroom with comfy beds, modern clean bathroom
Windows didn’t open. AC didn’t work. Room was clean but cloth used on glass surfaces had left lots of white fibres around the room.
I’m not keen on multiple small plastic toiletries - not great for the environment especially when the products aren’t good quality.
