카프리에서 성인 5명이 1박을 했습니다. 짧은 일정이었지만 숙소가 정말 넓고 쾌적해서 편안하게 머물 수 있었습니다. 특히 화장실 변기가 2개, 샤워실도 2개 마련되어 있어 여러 명이 함께 숙박해도 불편함 없이 여유롭게 준비할 수 있다는 점이 좋았습니다. 호스트와의 소통도 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 연락할 때마다 빠르게 답변해 주셔서 편리했고, 무엇보다 저희가 예상보다 일찍 도착했는데도 짐을 먼저 보관할 수 있도록 배려해 주셔서 정말 감사했습니다. 덕분에 무거운 짐에 대한 부담 없이 카프리를 둘러볼 수 있었습니다. 성인 여러 명이 함께 여행하시는 분들께 추천하고 싶은 숙소입니다. 다음에 카프리를 방문할 기회가 있다면 다시 이용하고 싶습니다!

Im from Texas so I'll lead with the whole house had A/C and you could make it cold, but we really didn't need to. This houses very well built and modern and the walls are very thick to hold in the coolness. The views were breathtaking and my husband loved google searching the yachts. During our stay, there were a lot of billionaire yachts and one owned by Vladamire Putin! We actually loved the house so much we did not leave very often. We cooked many meals as the quaint grocery store was not a far walk and the kitchen had everything you would need to make anything you wanted. We really did not want to leave. When we finally ventured out of the house we couldn't wait to get back. I would also like to add there's a fridge and freezer with ice cube trays already full of ice upon your arrival and they had Prosecco in the fridge as a gift. Modern style home with modern kitchen and appliances with incredible views!

Location: 10 minutes away from the main square (walking). Steep walk, but easy enough. Luigi (the manager) was very clear and extremely helpful (thanks again) and he made a real difference. Air conditioning very efficient. Mattresses excellent and comfortable

The exterior would benefit from a good clean, but it is more than compensated by the interior (very clean and well refurbished). The specific position was somehow scary at the beginning (windows facing a main road and the funicular), but at the end there was little noise and excellent comfort.

The view was beautiful

I did not like the location, too many stairs to go to the centre and from the port. We never met the property owner, when asked about the location from the port we were told it is a 15 minute walk. We thought nothing of it with out lungate. However the property owner did not mention that it was all uphill with hundreds of steps to get to the villa. For a person in their 70’s it was unbreakable unless you want to spend 50+ for a taxi everytime you go out. . Also there was no soap in the washrooms to wash hands and to take a shower, the basics. The coffee pot, bialetti, could not work on an induction stove top. We did not have coffee at the place. The shower pressure in one of the washrooms was very low, hard to enjoy a shower. For 4 people they left one bottle of water in the firdge. We had to climb many steps just to get some water and soap. Not acceptable.
