The staff were amazing. Accommodating an early check in for myself and my daughter. Stored my luggage for three hours while waiting for our room..which was much appreciated. Also helped carry our luggage to our room once we got our key...I didn't ask..they just did it. Very comfortable beds. Great CBD location. A basic hotel room but it had everything we needed and it was neat and tidy. Good air-conditioning. Asked for a quieter room and it was great... didn't hear a sound from the city once in our room. Amazing water pressure and good hot water for showers. Opening windows for fresh air.

Accommodation exceptionally clean; value for money & close to the waterfront (only 10 minute walk).

Parking - lack of. I was OK as I arrived approx 1600 & left by 0700, so did not have to "feed the parking meter".

Location is great. It’s basic but comfortable. The owner is very helpful and responsive.

Is a little run down and can do with better maintenance
