Andrew met us at the flat to hand over the keys, give us a short tour, and offer suggestions on where to eat, find groceries, etc. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to stay in and cook (which we did a few times), and Andrew was gracious and available to answer all of our questions (like "How does this espresso machine work?" -- LOL!). Morningside is a walkable neighborhood with tasty restaurants and local pubs within a short walk.
The flat has great appliances, and a "house manual" with instructions on how to use them would be helpful.

This was one of our best stay outside the home, because it was like a home. The apartment is beautiful and cosy, there is everything what you need. The neighborhood is lovely, all by walking distance. Bus stop, shops, grocery, great coffee, restaurants. No problem with parking. Big thanks to Andrew, our host, for everything!! If you would like to go to Edinburgh, this is the place where you would like to stay. This was not our first/last time for sure. Thank you, Andrew, and see you soon!

Andrew was wonderful. He even helped us with our luggage! The flat was outstanding! Gorgeous, we felt like we were royalty!

The accommodation was first rate. I did not feel that it was set up for a short term rental but rather like your own home. Host was very kind and met us at the property. Sheets and towels were first rate and kitchen was well fitted out. There are good connections to downtown on the bus just around the corner from the flat. In the end we enjoyed walking and it took 50 minutes to get to the Castle.
I would have liked a decent size salad bowel. Otherwise fabulous!
