Great hotel to stay, the room is very clean the service is very professional, staffs are kind and very helpful, they even offered a free pickup and drop from the train station and tianmen mountain entrance area. Great experience making our holiday enjoyable and memorable.
Definitely 5-star service from start finish.

Sensacional.
Absolutamente NADA a reclamar.

The hotel is ideally situated near the Tianmen Mountain cable car, close to transport hubs including the airport and rail station. The room was clean and spacious. All the housekeeping staff were super kind and helpful with anything we needed. They helped me book tickets for Tianmen Mountain, Forest Park, and arrange transfers to the park and glass bridge. Thanks to the hotel team for creating such a good atmosphere here.
