Great location, flat needs a bit of care.

Location is great, near really good cafes and restaurants. It was nice to have a garden.

When we arrived the place smelled a bit bad - the hosts were very attentive, and the smell went away after a couple of days. However, the flat needs a bit of attention. The bathroom door is off its hinges, there is nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom, there is no bedside table or light on one side of the main bed. There's no airer for clothes. It's not entirely true to say that it has air conditioning - there is one portable unit in the living room, and a fixed unit in the bedroom. These are relatively small things and it wouldn't take much to make it a great place to stay.
