I wouldn’t recommend the place to stay
Pictures shown on the website
The owner was very rude when I Contacted him to let him know that I didn’t get the check in information, later I found out that he sent the video to how to open the lock box for the key on What’s up app. We went into the apartment to find out someone was using the place, it smelled bad, bad was not made, 2 bedrooms I reserved were not true, he had old foldable bed in the living and dining room. Totally different than the pictures he posted.
Dirty towels were hung on the door and over the chairs, left over bread was on the kitchen counter, half filled black trash bag was on the floor and floor was dirty. I took the pictures and sent to the owner after I tried to call him which he didn’t answer.
He said he will send the cleaning lady in 10 minutes and dint understand why it was dirty. I told him that we are not staying there and left keys with cleaning people.
I called Booking.com, they said that they have to called the owner to verify the info. We spent another 1 hour outside to get the answer from Booking.com, called again and told them to cancel the reservation and we are going somewhere else.
Later I got the email from Booking.com and said that I will be still charged since the owner didn’t agree to cancel my reservation.
Very disappointing experience ever in my life from Booking.com
