Fantastic stay! The apartment had everything you could need for a night or two, including a handy kettle and coffee station. The beds were extremely comfortable with lovely clean bedding, TVs in both rooms, blackout curtains and large radiators that heated the rooms quickly. The modern bathroom had a gorgeous, spacious luxury shower!
The hosts were brilliant and extremely responsive. Access couldn’t have been easier, sat nav took us straight there, and having a private parking space right on the front driveway rather than on the road was a huge bonus and felt very safe.
Absolutely no complaints, highly recommend and would definitely rebook!
The windows appeared to be single glaze so weren’t amazing at blocking outside noise. Extremely minor though and didn’t interrupt our stay or night sleep

We had a great stay here. The rooms were spotless, perfect for our family stay. Thank you so much Matt for accommodating us.
Great location few minutes walk to the centre, comfortable beds, nice warm shower & lots of tea & coffee. We would love to stay here again

A lovely place to stay in Southport with perfect location. Very comfortable beds and homely decor. Great facilities such as the walk in shower, netflix on the TVs, free parking if you need it, hotel Chocolat machine, plenty of hot drink options in the room, furniture for clothes storage, hair dryer, Has everything you need.
The only thing I can say is the window in our room was abit broken, could still open it out fine but struggled to close it again. And the room door doesn't lock from the inside so if you have little ones that like to wonder could be an issue. It's locked from outside so no one can get into your room but to exit you just open the handle so kids could escape. Other than that perfect.

Great location, working shower.
Smart TV didn't work at all as WiFi wasnt working. Photos were not representative of the condition or size of the apartment. Everywhere needed re decorating and new carpets were needed. Sink needed repairing. Window in bedroom was hanging off, wouldn't close and needed repairing.
