A warm personal welcome by Madeline and John, two American chefs who have beautifully renovated the property and dedicated it to welcoming pilgrims along the Chemin de Compostelle and to offering weeklong food seminars on subjects like character, pastry and baking and food and wine of Southwest France. The room is large, the shower divine, the bed large and comfortable, the clean fresh air intoxicating.The dinner was original and delicious, the breakfast copious, everything homemade with natural ingredients, much from their own garden.

El alojamiento fue un improvisado y encantador descubrimiento. Es una casa antigua y con historia reformada recientemente, tiene varias habitaciones, algunas con baño propio, cocina y un gran jardín. Nos encanto el trato familiar de Madeleine y su marido, su generosidad ofreciéndonos verduras de su huerto para la cena y su variado desayuno casero.
No poder deleitarnos con las cenas caseras que ofrecen algunos días
