House was clean, warm and comfortable, large ground floor toilet, bathroom first floor and second floor en-suite with shower, well equipped kitchen. Communication was good and staff let us know that the Bath had been damaged by previous visitor and sadly they could not get it repaired during our stay having the shower on second floor helped with this as we were only there a few days
Driveway was long but narrow doors could not open fully making it a challenge to get out if mobility impaired. We noticed other houses in row had cut back shrubs and removed some bricks from wall to widen entrance.

Modern, clean and had everything you needed (apart from a bottle opener!). Close to Lidl’s (2 min walk) so ideal for getting food etc. Very short walk to Hove station to get train to Brighton. Parked three (not small) cars on the drive which was ideal.
Due to the heatwave, a fan in the third bedroom would have been perfect.
