This was probably the best hostel I’ve ever stayed at. I had to make the reservation last minute and I was skeptical because of how little reviews there were. But everything was great.
The location was amazing. The bed was comfortable and sheets were exceptionally clean. Days were hot and nights were cold outside but I was pretty comfortable in the hostel. There are plugs for type-c and usb cables inside the capsules. I brought my own towel so I did not use the ones provided by the hostel but they also looked clean. There are also “wet” slippers you could use inside the showers and normal hotel slippers. The bathroom area is clean with separated stalls and there are bidets. For the showers, there are separated stalls and also a small area before the shower cabin where you can change. There are shampoo, lotion, earplugs, toothbrush and toothpaste provided for free. There are lockers for each person outside the room of the beds with the number of your bed. There is a kitchen in the middle of the hostel with a small fridge, microwave, sink and water dispenser that dispenses hot and cold water and ice.
There is a 7-Eleven and Olive Young just around corners of each side of the streets. And the hostel is located around restaurants that looked great with so many locals dining at every night. Every option of transportation is very close. I would recommend this to everybody and will definitely stay here again if I come back.
If I were to complain and give some feedback for improvement I would say I did not like that the entrance to the building wasn’t really secured. The door was never closed and I never saw someone waiting as a security or something. I understand that it is a self check-in facility but you would expect for the door to the building to have some kind of security of some kind at least. Anybody can go inside and the entrance to the hostel is only two blurred glass doors one of which you could open only with a keycard. I did not feel unsafe in the neighborhood but just something to keep in mind. There is also no elevator so keep in mind that you have to carry your suitcase upstairs but it is only one floor.
What I did not like was that the lights in the rooms did not turn off at night and there was no switch. The curtain for the capsule bed blocks most of the light but if you are sensitive it will bother you. It would be nice that the lights at least inside the rooms dimmed out after like 10 pm.
It would be better to have more like small shelves in the showers to keep your stuff off the floor and some hangers maybe inside the capsules also. It would also be nice that trash cans are changed more frequently since they piled up pretty quickly.

Location was great, the capsule were spacious enough that you didn't feel claustrophobic. The showers were clean and the water really hot with great water pressure.
The light is always on in the room so if you wake up in the middle of the night it is really harsh one the eyes. I think it would be nice if they put some kind of light dimmer on a timer so the light would be darker during the night.

ロケーションがよく、帰りは仁川空港行きのバス停に近かったので、荷物が多かったですが便利でした。チェックインに少し時間がかかってしまいましたが、スタッフの方とメッセージでやり取りし解決しました。スタッフの方は常駐ではありませんが、とても親切で対応が素晴らしかったです。お部屋も清潔でしたし、洗濯や電子レンジ、冷蔵庫も共有できたので、何かと助かりました。荷物はロッカー以外にも置くところがあり、困りませんでした。女性専用なのが有難いです。チェックイン前後に荷物を預かってもらえるのも助かりました！また利用したいです。
ささっと着替えられるスペースがあるといいなと思いました。
