I really liked the host: he has a nice personality, very attentive, easy to communicate with, answers all questions, and provides helpful information. You feel like home: there is everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. There are supermarkets close by, bus stops and subway (metro stations) are a short walk away. Port, gardens, museums, forts, Malagueta Beach are 15-30 minutes walking distance
For some reason Uber drivers get misdirected to the building next to this. Make sure you have your SIM card turned on, so you can find it

It was clean and had everything that you would need, the fan was really strong so it was not hot in the room either. The location was great, had everything within a 30 minute walk.
The check in was a little confusing
