Beautiful clean property with exceptional views and 3 cold pools.
Outdoor areas, terraces etc close at 7pm. Would have been nice to sit outside and enjoy the weather and stars instead of being confined to the room after dinner. The front terrace, separate from the pool could be opened till 10 and not disturb the neighbors.
We were placed in the first floor, the terrace looked directly into the pool deck but provided no access to the pool except through the dining area. The pool loungers were within a meter from our room, we had no privacy in the room unless we kept the curtains closed. Additionally, we were put in the handicap room, the water from the shower soaked the toilet and the floor. We had to use our towels to daily wipe down the toilet (ick) to use it and sop up the floor after a shower. The main floor is also noisy starting at 6 with staff preparing breakfast.

Brand new and comfortable but at the same time quite quirky too as it has an open centre. Catering was quite acceptable and staff were extremely helpful and friendly
Some properties at the side of the hotel need tidying up, especially a local mechanic who treats the pavement as an extension of his garage. To be honest this is more or less an old fashioned Gozo mentality but I suggest that the hotel owners speak to the logical council to sort this out. I’m afraid this mentality has no place in 2026

Todo estuvo muy bien: la decoración y el estilo del hotel, la limpieza y la buena atención por parte del personal. Especialmente la atención por parte de Josefa, que al hablar en español nos facilitó mucho la estancia.
No hubo nada que no nos gustase

The attention to detail, the fabulous decor, the lovely scent throughout the hotel, the attentive staff, the amenities and top notch facilities in the room
My room overlooked the road and unfortunately someone's washing hanging on the line.
