The property was modern, spacious, very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Olga was delightful and could not have been more helpful. We had the opportunity to use the pool at the neighbouring hotel and were made to feel very welcome there. The property was ideally located (within 5 mins walk) to shops and good restaurants and within a 7 min walk to the beautiful beach. We would happily return!
There was a slight difficulty with the lock on the front door...otherwise it was excellent!

The property was beautiful with the location being perfect for the beach, pick up for excursions and many more things. The staff was so very kind and helpful!

Excellent location.

Excellent brand new property - we (couple and adult child) stayed in the upstairs apartment with two proper double bedrooms.
Excellent outside patio area with loungers, dining table, coffee table and chairs and the all important Jacuzzi.
Fully equiped kitchen, comfortable beds and quality linen.
Quite location but within easy reach of the beach by foot and restaurants (recommend Istros a very short walk). Kos Town is a 20-25 minute walk but you pass a plethora of restaurants on the way and if you walk by the beachfront, it is loungers and beach bars all the way.
We arrived quite late and were delayed at the airport by the EES saga, host remained in contact and met us on arrival.
Nothing - should have stayed longer.
