la vue incroyable sur le Mont Kenya, le jardin, l'incroyable gentillesse du personnel, l'originalité du musée du scoutisme....tout était parfait, absolument tout !

The location and the ambience of the place is always good. They have lovely grounds which are well manicured.
It would be good if breakfast was up to 10am instead of 9:30am, especially over the weekend. The breakfast variety could also be better for that type of hotel.

Location is great. Facilities are great. Looks newly renovated so that's a plus.
Small things need to be ironed out.
1. There was no dustbin in the room
2. There was no space for toiletries in the bathroom despite it being so large.
3. Shower gel was missing on day one
4. TV was not working on day one.
