Very helpful team at the reception, in particular Aliddin. We had a room on the 9th floor with great views of the city. The kids had fun in the pool. The hotel is at walking distance from the train station, from where we had to catch a very early train. The hotel gave us lunch boxes instead of the breakfast.

I enjoyed the excellent breakfast, impressive cleanliness, design, and spacious room. The very friendly and helpful staff enhanced my experience. The great location with plenty of restaurants and proximity to the metro added to my satisfaction. Also the pool with a SPA and well equipped gym is nice bonus.
The only downside of the hotel is the ongoing construction of a new building, which brings a lot of workers and noise. This also affects the view from rooms on one side of the hotel, as you can only see a wall, which is quite unfortunate.

We had a nice albeit brief stay as we arrived late at night. Staff were friendly despite the late hour, and checked us in quickly. I think we were upgraded as the room was big and had a balcony, which was nice of them. The room was very clean and comfortable and a nice design, seemed renovated. The breakfast room was beautiful and lots of variety for what to eat. Very close proximity to the train station. I would stay here again.

Location, facilities, hospitalities.
Especially Asliddin, a front staff, kindly arranged a taxi for me after I checked out.
I arrived the hotel almost midnight, but could check in immediately.
