Disappointing
I would like to note the advantages first. The location, decoration, cleanliness were good.
.
Yet, there were three disadvantages that were crucial in my point of view;firstly the towels in the double room for two, had only two body towels only, which means there were no hand towels nor shower matt nor shower floor towel for that matter. Since this wasn't mentioned in the appointment description when we booked , therefore we hadn't on us extra towels, the towels that we showered with when we first arrived, were were obliged to use to dry our hands , faces till the end of the stay. When we asked for extra towels the hotel clerks said that that required extra charge of 3jd. Secondly, we asked for one more pillow, several times we had requested the front desk yet they were unable to help. Ultimately, I contacted the property (the number shown in the booking confirmation email), at 7:30pm. The replied right away asking which room number we are at. Then nothing. Up until around after midnight our door was knocked on. We were already half asleep we couldn't get up to open the door. Turns out that the knock was from the property contact person who said they wanted to give us one pillow, too late. Thirdly the bathroom had no restroom tissues, there were hand tissues in the bathroom i guess they were to replace the restroom tissues .
If there shall be another visit to Amman, i will need to find more suitable place to stay at.
The above drawbacks aren't minor.
Thank you anyhow
