Would recommend, good value for money! In a great town!

We are from the UK, very little French spoken, which made finding the apartment a little difficult to find, but…the apartment was: Well set out, the owner was very helpful when we contacted him. It was clean and tidy, and good facilities available for us to use.

The heat was unfortunately almost unbearable, during our stay in June…obviously nothing to do with the owners lol, but the apartment was so very hot despite the shutters being closed. There was an electric fan left for us which was greatly appreciated.

Une annonce mensongère, et une arnaque assumée

Une "deuxième chambre" qui n'existe pas — trompeur et mal équipé pour 4 personnes Appartement loué une nuit, et je pèse mes mots : l'annonce est mensongère sur un point essentiel. Elle prétend offrir deux chambres, photos à l'appui. En réalité, c'est la même pièce photographiée sous deux angles différents, avec des draps changés entre les prises pour faire illusion. Il n'y a qu'une seule vraie chambre ; le reste est un espace unique cuisine/salle à manger/salon, avec un canapé-lit en guise de "deuxième chambre". Présenter un canapé-lit comme une chambre à part entière est une pratique commerciale trompeuse. Autre inconfort majeur : pour accéder à la salle de bain/toilettes, il faut traverser la chambre à coucher. Aucune intimité, ni pour les occupants de la chambre, ni pour ceux qui doivent y passer à toute heure. Cette confusion n'est pas un détail : l'appartement est loué pour 4 personnes, mais l'équipement ne suit pas. Pour un repas à quatre : deux chaises et deux tabourets de bar, et seulement 3 verres. Autre point qui laisse songeur : la vaisselle rangée dans les placards semblait n'avoir jamais été lavée. J'ai signalé ces problèmes via la conciergerie, qui a bien transmis ma réclamation. Mais le propriétaire reste dans le déni total : il maintient qu'il y a bien deux chambres, un canapé-lit faisant selon lui office de deuxième chambre. Il refuse tout dédommagement, alors que je ne demandais qu'un remboursement partiel (la moitié). Une malhonnêteté assumée jusqu'au bout. En résumé : un logement présenté comme spacieux et équipé pour 4 personnes, qui ne l'est absolument pas. Photos trompeuses, absence d'intimité, vaisselle non lavée, linge sale, mobilier insuffisant, et un propriétaire qui nie l'évidence. Je déconseille cette location pour 4 personnes — à la rigueur pour 2, en étant vigilant sur la propreté.

Le logement est au cœur de la ville et c’est bien le seul avantage

C’est une conciergerie : de la location surévaluée à la chaîne. Appartement sombre, sans âme. Mal isolé (on entends les voisins et réciproquement), vis à vis et même possible accès par la fenêtre des escaliers. Paroi de douche absent (de l’eau partout!). Ce n’est pas une cafetière à capsules comme sur la photo ! Porte d’accès impossible à ouvrir sans mettre un coup d’épaule dedans. Immeuble en travaux, espace commun inaccessible. Table du salon branlante. Drap synthétique (quelle horreur), pas de Clim mais un ventilo. Machines au milieu d’une petite salle de bain. Juste une nuit c’est très compliqué !
