Everything was perfect. The location is really good for proximity to Baranas train station. The room was luxurious, bed was comfortable. All the electricals and aircon worked exactly as they should with no issues. Water temperatures and pressures were spot on.
The staff were so accommodating, always going the extra mile to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Room service was excellent with a really good menu of delicious food and drinks.

The room was lovely! Very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with nice furnishings and a great shower. The food at the hotel was also absolutely delicious. We really enjoyed that!
It’s honestly hard to say anything negative, because the hotel was really great in so many ways!
The only thing we personally found a little challenging was the language barrier. Most of the staff spoke limited to no English, which occasionally led to misunderstandings or confusion about arrangements. This sometimes made communication a bit more complicated.
That being said, the staff always did their absolute best to help us and made sure everything was taken care of and resolved. We really appreciated their efforts!
