Clean, brand new room and furniture. All what you need in an apartment also for a longer stay. The upstairs bed was really comfortable Quiet. Close to a food court.

The sofa-bed is a little small to be used as a bed, and actually not so comfortable. There are only stairs (a lot) and no elevator. For older people this might be unsuitable.

The location was perfect. 500m walk to the bus stop, Indian Restaurant right outside the building, supermarket nearby, and located above a food court that made it easy to buy and order food.

I was told there would be salt, pepper and instruction manual with wifi password details, but it wasn't there. When contacted, they kept telling it is there but It wasn't and I never got to use the wifi. But apart from that, everything was topnotch. The location was peaceful and safe.

I think the unit is quite nice and clean.

There was no A/C (although they did have multiple fans to solve this) and the bathroom drain drained slowly.
