Attico Sole e Mare has an amazing roof terrace with an excellent view of Ventimiglia and the surrounding coastline.
There are some great areas in the apartment to relax and unwind. The owner is a fantastic host and was helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The apartment is in an ideal location for the old town nearby, shops, shoreline, and train station.

Das Appartement liegt im 7. Stock und ist mit einem Fahrstuhl, der bis zum 6. Stock fährt, erreichbar. Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unkompliziert und Amos ist ein toller Gastgeber. Er gab uns einige Tipps für Ausflüge und gute Restaurants in der Nähe, ebenso für eine sehr gute Bäckerei, keine 100m entfernt.
Das Highlight der Wohnung ist die große Dachterrasse zur alleinigen Nutzung. Man hat einen tollen Blick und ist ungestört.
Super fanden wir auch, das sich quasi im Gebäudekomplex ein Supermarkt befindet.
Die Wohnung besitzt eine Klimaanlage, die super funktioniert hat.
Die Parksituation in Ventimiglia ist etwas kniffelig, aber mit etwas suchen fanden wir immer einen kostenlosen Parkplatz an der Straße.

Das Attico Sole e Mare hat eine perfekte Lage. Vom Bahnhof aus ist es ein angenehmer Spaziergang, und in der Umgebung gibt es mehrere kleine Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Mercatini.
Besonders schön ist die Terrasse mit ihrem wunderbaren Ausblick – ein herrlicher Platz, um den Aufenthalt zu genießen.
Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, und alles war sauber. Besonders gefallen hat mir die hochwertige Bettwäsche, die traditionell von älteren italienischen Damen von Hand gefertigt wurde – etwas ganz Besonderes.
In der Unterkunft findet man alles, was man braucht, wenn man selbst kochen möchte. Und wenn man lieber nur etwas einkaufen möchte, ist das ebenfalls sehr praktisch: Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft befindet sich praktisch direkt vor dem Eingang.
Eine schöne, praktische Unterkunft mit viel italienischem Charme, toller Aussicht und perfekter Lage – ich würde sehr gerne wiederkommen!
