Lovely property in an excellent location. The ladies were very friendly. We managed to park just out front which was great but the way there was a bit of a maze. Lovely bar just down the street. Very nice balconies to sit out on with views of the hills and the sea.
There were lots of stairs so not very accessible but this didn’t bother us too much! It helped us work off all the food and drinks!

Сподобалась квартира і її розташування. Наявність двох кондиціонерів та пральної машинки. Нові меблі та техніка. Гарний інтерʼєр. Чайник, праска, тостер. Навіть був WI-FI хоча його не було в описі квартири.
Відповідальна особа не підготувала помешкання до заселення та забула про наше прибуття. Після двох годин очікування ситуація вирішилась.

La casa è complessivamente bella e avrebbe delle ottime potenzialità.
Purtroppo l’esperienza è stata compromessa da una gestione poco professionale. Fin dall’inizio c’è stata confusione sull’orario del check-in e, al nostro arrivo, la pulizia non era adeguata: vetri sporchi, bagno e pavimenti puliti in modo approssimativo. Quando lo abbiamo fatto presente, anziché ricevere delle scuse, ci è stato risposto che non disponevano di un aspirapolvere e che, se desideravamo una pulizia migliore, avremmo dovuto scegliere un hotel a cinque stelle. Una risposta inaccettabile, perché trovare un alloggio pulito non è un lusso, ma il requisito minimo di qualsiasi struttura ricettiva.
Non era presente neppure un rotolo di carta igienica o del sapone per le mani. Per lenzuola e asciugamani venivano richiesti ulteriori 35 euro, oltre al prezzo del soggiorno, mentre per far smaltire i rifiuti erano richiesti altri 30 euro: supplementi insoliti per servizi normalmente inclusi.
La casa si trova inoltre all’interno della ZTL, ma non viene fornito alcun pass né un supporto concreto per raggiungerla. Abbiamo quindi dovuto percorrere ogni volta un lungo tratto a piedi sotto il sole, anche con valigie, spesa e casse d’acqua.
L’aspetto peggiore è stato però il comportamento dell’host, che di fronte alle nostre osservazioni ha alzato la voce e assunto toni sgarbati, dimostrando scarsa disponibilità al confronto. È un vero peccato perché la casa è bella, ma pulizia insufficiente, continui costi aggiuntivi, difficoltà di accesso e un’accoglienza così poco rispettosa non permettono di consigliarla.
