Great stay, highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. Great location and lovely, helpful staff. Would definitely stay again!

Disappointing stay

Good location. Spacious apartment.

The property was unclean. This was visible on the floor and furnishings, in particular the sofa and rug had stains. When we arrived, there was no hand wash or kitchen tissue. We had to use toilet tissue to dry our hands. When I informed the host, he did apologise and provided hand wash only in the bathroom. No kitchen tissue. The apartment is also on the fifth floor with no lifts, so it was difficult with children going up and down. If we used the stairs at night, we would have to use our own phone lights as it would be dark.
